Berjaya Times Square is an iconic destination in Kuala Lumpur, offering a unique mix of shopping, entertainment, and dining all under one roof. Located in the heart of the city, it’s a must-visit spot for locals and tourists alike. The shopping mall is massive, with a wide variety of stores catering to all budgets, from affordable local brands to international favorites. Overall, Berjaya Times Square is a one-stop destination for shopping, dining, and entertainment in Kuala Lumpur. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the vibrant energy of the city!
It has been a long time since I last visited Times Square, and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by all the new additions! The mall has really stepped up its game by introducing a variety of indoor games and sports activities, which is a fantastic way to attract the younger generation. It’s great to see a mall that understands the importance of creating interactive and engaging experiences rather than just focusing on retail. From arcades to sports zones, there are now so many fun things to do with friends. This is a brilliant move, as it encourages people to stay active while having fun. I noticed that a lot of visitors, especially teenagers and young adults, were enjoying the new facilities. It’s a refreshing change from the usual shopping experience, and I think more malls should take inspiration from this. I also appreciate the effort put into keeping the mall relevant and competitive, especially with so many newer malls opening up. Instead of just relying on traditional stores, Times Square has made an effort to create a space that offers entertainment and leisure, making it a more attractive hangout spot. However, I did notice that there are still quite a lot of empty spaces on the higher levels. It would be amazing if those spaces could be transformed into more entertainment zones, themed attractions, or even unique dining experiences to further enhance the overall experience. Maybe an indoor adventure park, VR gaming zone, or escape rooms would be great additions! Overall, I’m really happy to see these positive changes at Times Square. It shows that the management is listening to what people want and adapting to new trends. Keep up the good work, and I look forward to seeing more improvements in the future! Highly recommend visiting if you’re looking for a fun indoor experience beyond just shopping!
A huge mall ? i belive like 10 floors but after the 6 or 7th floor there's not really anything. I came here to do a little shopping and wanted to try some Arabic perfume also and also to venture off looking for cool stuff that caught my attention. There will be eventually alot of people making eye contact with you at their stalls, and of course, they want to lure you in so you're able to buy something. One more thing I was able to find a good luggage at this place and a better price than a at petaling street but again you will have to search Happy shopping ? ☺️ ✌️?
The reasonably priced shopping mall at KLCC. Tourists often get dropped here before airport drop, hence is a good place to do some affordable shopping and also get soveniours. They also have some sale at the ground floor and cute stores like Miniso and OhSome in the upper floors. They have one of the best rate money changers "Suria Muhabat" in the first floor. Hence a good option to exchange off all the left out money after you are done with final shopping.
Berjaya Times Square in Kuala Lumpur is a prominent landmark that blends retail, entertainment, and hospitality in one sprawling complex. With over 700 retail outlets, an indoor amusement park, and a connected hotel and serviced residences, it offers an all-in-one experience for tourists and locals. Strategically located in the Bukit Bintang area, it is easily accessible by monorail and other public transportation options. Its central location makes it convenient for shopping, dining, and exploring nearby attractions. Berjaya Times Square houses a wide range of stores, from fashion and electronics to local brands and budget-friendly stalls. While it may not cater to luxury shoppers, it is a paradise for bargain hunters. The food options are equally diverse, with local Malaysian delights, fast food chains, cafes, and international cuisines spread across multiple floors. The highlight is the Berjaya Times Square Theme Park, Southeast Asia’s largest indoor theme park, which is especially popular with families and children. The complex also has a cinema, escape rooms, and other leisure activities. However, some areas and attractions might feel slightly dated compared to newer malls. The Berjaya Times Square Hotel offers direct access to the mall, making it an excellent choice for tourists looking for convenience. Rooms are spacious, and many offer panoramic views of the KL skyline, though some interiors could benefit from updates. While the mall is massive and offers a lot, it does show signs of age. The interior design feels somewhat outdated, and certain sections can be dim or under-maintained. That said, it remains functional and bustling with activity. Berjaya Times Square is an iconic part of KL’s urban fabric. It’s perfect for families, tourists looking for value, and shoppers who enjoy variety and deals. Though it lacks the polish of high-end malls, it makes up for it in size, entertainment options, and convenience.
