3. Tagliatelle Al Nero Di Seppie

Translated to Tagliatelle with Squid Ink in English, this dish has a very unique combination of flavours with garlic, herbs, spices and chilli - Lots of it! Once again, look forward to a generous serving as chunks of freshly chopped squid are cooked with black ink from the squid, coming together to make a deliciously bold and dark sauce that pairs well with Tagliatelle (pasta made with eggs).
