The classic British dish has been adjusted to satisfy the local taste buds with turkey bacon, mushroom duxelle, wrapped around a medium cooked fillet of beef and finally wrapped in puff pastry. ? It’s tender, juicy, and melts in your mouth making it the perfect dish to savour during iftar and recommended for two people!

Fans of fish can’t go wrong with the Snapper En Croute is a French cuisine which consists of sauteed spinach and crushed pistachio layered on top of a snapper fillet and wrapped in puff pastry! The dish has a delicate and delicious flavour that comes from the combination of the snapper fillets, creamy sauce, and buttery puff pastry. So if you’re someone who prefers lighter flavours when you break fast, then you definitely can’t miss this!

When we think of chicken dishes at Pestle & Mortar Society, Chicken cordon Bleu is one of the iconic ones that comes to mind. ? If you’re not familiar with this flavourful dish, it's a chicken cutlet that has been deep fried stuffed with cheese and wrapped in turkey bacon! The crispy bacon outside and gooey cheesy inside is super addictive and delicious.

To truly get into the Ramadan spirit, the genius masterminds at Pestle & Mortar Society have created a special dessert called Sticky Date Pudding that has the perfect balance of spice and sweetness.
