It was the grand opening of the Festive Feast Buffet, where the Chefs emerged to share their holiday spirit, celebrating with pride the exceptional lineup for this year, featuring the stunning Festive Carving – Salt Meringue Baked Festive Turkey with Chestnut Stuffing, Cranberry Sauce, and Black Truffle Sauce.

A Carnivore’s Delight at the Festive Carving and Festive Grill & Roast

It was an amusing sight watching the Chefs, full of festive cheer and laughter, crack through the festive shell of salt encasing the star showpiece – a perfectly baked turkey. Each bite of the turkey was incredibly tender, complemented beautifully by the rich chestnut stuffing and indulgent black truffle sauce.

The next festive carving I had was the Honey Baked Chicken Ham with Pineapple Sauce, in which the juicy chicken ham was perfectly caramelized and goes well with the vibrant and tangy pineapple sauce.

As a fan of Lamb Ribs and Angus Beef, these two irresistible meat dishes of Orange Glazed Baby Lamb Ribs with Mojo Verde and Balsamic Glazed Black Angus Beef with Morel Jus were the ones I couldn’t resist, returning to the buffet line for multiple servings! The lamb ribs were mouth-watering juicy and lip-smacking good, while the Angus beef was so tender that it effortlessly cut through the knife.

Unrivaled Level of Freshness – Seafood Island and Sashimi Bar

One thing I can always count on when returning to Peppermint is the consistently high quality of its Seafood and Sashimi, which has been maintained to an exceptional standard year after year. If you're in search of fresh Seafood and Sashimi that never disappoints, you now know exactly where to go!

It was a tough choice whether to begin with the Mains or dive straight into the Desserts, especially with such an impressive spread of tempting treats. The challenge only grew as I tried to choose which ones to sample, so I decided to go all in and turn the table into a delightful mess of desserts!

I’ve officially succumbed to a food coma after thoroughly enjoying every dish on my table, and I can confidently say that Peppermint’s Festive Feast Buffet is one I’ll be returning to each festive season.
