They serve breakfast, all-day brunch, sandwiches and lunch and dinner (perfect for fans of cafe-hopping)! ? After temporarily closing to shift locations, the well-loved cafe has recently reopened in Bugis and is offering brunch and dinner favourites that you have to check out!

Penny University’s new Bugis outlet now boasts a larger dining space, with an expanded menu you’ll be excited to see. You can look forward to a permanent dinner menu now too! If you’re up for brunch, you can’t go wrong with the Eggs Benedict ($18.50). Choose from smoked salmon, turkey ham or beef, paired with two perfectly poached eggs and topped with their house-made Hollandaise sauce.
If you’re craving for something more substantial, you must try the Harlem-style Buttermilk Chicken on Waffles ($20.50). It’s a favourite among cafe go-ers for its crispy-battered chicken thigh, turkey bacon, Gochugaru glaze (Korean Chilli Pepper Paste), sour cream, and waffles. It’s definitely a great option for brunch lovers!
There’s something for everyone. Health-conscious foodies can enjoy the Chia Seeds Antioxidant Smoothie Bowl ($10.50) chia seeds, fresh berries, dragonfruit, shredded coconut, nuts, seeds, and soya milk. It’s a good option to help you recharge your energy on hot and humid afternoons! If you’re going for the light bites, munch on the Truffle Fries ($10) with Sicilian truffle oil, parmesan, and toasted seaweed.
Penny University's signature coffee is brewed with beans sourced from several countries, including Kenya, Uganda, and Brazil. For coffee lovers, their Espresso With Milk ($4) is a classic that you can’t leave the cafe without trying. Take your time to choose your drink order because the large selection might leave you overwhelmed! ?
