Oud has a Michelin-studded cast in the kitchen, cooking up some amazing dishes fit for Netflix's Chef's Table! Situated right on Arab Street, Oud promises to serve up tantalising dishes that belong in an art museum. Their menu consists of appetisers that encourage you to "Use 'Em Hands", intriguing starters, filling surf and turf mains, and huge meat dishes for sharing! You will experience the luxurious off-shoot of fine dining: Contemporary casual dining right here.

An interesting appetiser that caught our eye is the Oud Fries With Avocado Mousse ($4 per piece) which is served with Beef or Salmon Tartare or Sea Scallops! The pairing of raw ingredients with deep-fried fries certainly sounds very intriguing and a menu item that cannot be found in many places! Another appetiser that sounds just as delectable is the Truffle 'Explosion' Mushroom Croquettes at $3 per piece (vegetarian too!). Truffle is a strong flavour that packs a punch, so we are certain these croquettes will blow you off your feet.

For starters, try the Smoked Tomato and Watermelon Salad ($9) dressed with plum vinaigrette and cheese mousse! Or try the Chilled Capellini ($16) (a very thin Italian pasta) with Sakura ebi and shio konbu.

The mains in Oud are the stars of the show. From ribeyes to sea bass, each meat is handled and prepared meticulously. Their plating and presentation shine through with each dish that comes out of the kitchen. The Oudgrilled Lamb Ribs ($36) served with spices and a curry glaze, sounds delicious and promises to take you on a journey through the Spice Road. The Argentinian Ribeye ($38) (250g), is paired with your choice of bearnaise, peppercorn or truffle sauce.

We mentioned briefly on the humongous meat dishes meant to be shared. Well here are your options: Argentinian T-Bone ($98), Whole Atlantic Sea Bass ($45), Spatchcock Percik ($38) and Oudgrilled Black Angus Beef Short Ribs ($86) (which are approximately 1kg!)

No meal is complete without dessert, of course. Choose from a wide range of desserts such as Strawberry Tiramisu ($12), Grandma's Banana Cake ($10.50) served with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce or the Teh Tarik ($11) with homemade waffle cone and teh espuma. Their drinks menu includes meticulously crafted drinks such as Smoked Virgin Pina Colada ($8) or the Basil and Mint Mojito ($7.50).

They also offer services such as Private Dining Parties and Bespoked Dining Experiences, where these culinary experts will create a personalised menu for you to enjoy, no matter your dietary requirements!

Oud is a restaurant you visit to spoil yourself, your friends, and your loved ones. Experience the pleasures of contemporary casual dining right here at Arab Street!
