Skincare - Vegan

Olive Young has a variety of vegan products, some of which have also been labelled as "Vegan" by them. We've collated some brands that are vegan or have a large variety of products that are vegan, for you to try!

Heimish is a K-Beauty cosmetics line that was launched in 2016, providing us with products that are cruelty-free, vegan and have no parabens as well. The Heimish All-Clean Balm was voted as one of the best cleansers in the K-beauty category. It is a gentle cleansing balm that removes sebum, makeup and other impurities. The balm dissolves into an oil first, before reacting with water to form a milky white substance. Olive Young also has the Heimish All-Clean Balm Mandarin which has a citrusy smell.

dear, klairs

dear. klairs has a focus on creating products that are great for sensitive skin. Their products are high quality but affordable too. There are a few products that Olive Young has in stock that are certified vegan and award-winning, too. One of which is the Gentle Black Deep Cleansing Oil which is perfect for your double cleansing routine. It has black beans which control sebum production (perfect for those prone to blackheads), as well as black sesame seed oil that prevents skin dehydration. Another version of the product is the Gentle Black Fresh Cleansing Oil. Their mask sheets are great too, such as the Rich Moist Soothing Tencel Sheet Mask which aims to repair the skin barrier and soothe irritated skin. It has hyaluronic acid is a great humectant (attracts water) and aloe vera leaf extract which soothes the skin.

The backstory of BENTON's name is quite interesting as it was inspired by the movie 'The Curious Case of Benjamin Button', whereby the main character ages backwards. Similar to the movie, BENTON intends to create youthful skin whilst having a good impact on the environment as well. They use all-natural ingredients and natural preservatives as well. A product that you can try is their Deep Green Tea Toner which aims to alleviate irritation and improve the skin's texture. It has centella asiatica extract that calms inflammation. There is sodium hyaluronate that also helps to improve the appearance of wrinkles and skin texture. The Aloe Soothing Mask Sheet has similar effects to your skin with the aloe vera extract and green tea too.

The Ordinary

You'll be pleased to know that The Ordinary can be found in Olive Young as well! This immensely popular brand is well-known for providing consumers with skincare products that teach consumers about skincare ingredients. One of their most sought after product is the Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% 30mL which improves uneven skin tone and reduce the appearance of pores. They also have the Multi-Peptide + Copper Peptides 1% Serum, 100% Organic Cold-Pressed Rose Hip Seed Oil and many more!
