The noodles in this class will be seasoned with Yakisoba sauce made for vegans that don’t contain animal products. You can then expect to grill your okonomiyaki on a griddle using vegetable oil.
Additionally, the staff will completely clean the griddle so that there would not be any cross-contamination in your okonomiyaki! So you can enjoy eating your pancake straight from the teppanyaki hotplate after all your hard work.
