Pastry lovers, you’re in for a treat! There’s a new halal bakery in our favourite hood in Singapore ☺️ That’s right, Mother Dough Bakery has just opened its doors at North Bridge Road last week.

“Mother Dough” refers to a fermentation starter used in bread making. Its baker, Naadhira actually spent 4 years in New York City learning how to perfect the art of bread making. Previously only at pop-up events, Mother Dough now has a permanent shop so we can all enjoy its mouth-watering pastries. Aren’t we glad that happened?!😋 With a selection of croissants, baguettes, quiche and cakes, Mother Dough will make any pastry lover’s dream come true.

One of their signature pastries is their Almond Croissant ($4). Freshly baked and topped with almonds, you’d definitely want a bite of this yummy treat. Chocolate lovers will be happy to indulge in their Chocolate Almond Croissant ($4.40) 🤤

Don’t miss out on Mother Dough’s all-time favourite chocolate chunk cookies. With a selection of both dark and milk chocolate cookies, one piece will not be enough to satisfy your cravings!

So, if you’re looking for some good pastry or cakes this Ramadan, head over to Mother Dough and have a croissant or two 😉

#HHWT Tip: Their Almond Croissant is really popular and gets sold out fast so if you’re thinking of getting it, we highly recommend that you come early! You can pack them and then enjoy them for iftar 🤗
