Pastry lovers, you’re in for a treat! There’s a new halal bakery in our favourite hood in Singapore ☺️ That’s right, Mother Dough Bakery has just opened its doors at North Bridge Road last week.
“Mother Dough” refers to a fermentation starter used in bread making. Its baker, Naadhira actually spent 4 years in New York City learning how to perfect the art of bread making. Previously only at pop-up events, Mother Dough now has a permanent shop so we can all enjoy its mouth-watering pastries. Aren’t we glad that happened?!😋 With a selection of croissants, baguettes, quiche and cakes, Mother Dough will make any pastry lover’s dream come true.
One of their signature pastries is their Almond Croissant ($4). Freshly baked and topped with almonds, you’d definitely want a bite of this yummy treat. Chocolate lovers will be happy to indulge in their Chocolate Almond Croissant ($4.40) 🤤
Don’t miss out on Mother Dough’s all-time favourite chocolate chunk cookies. With a selection of both dark and milk chocolate cookies, one piece will not be enough to satisfy your cravings!
