Helmed by M Hotel Singapore’s very own Chef Boz, you can expect an elevated steamboat experience through the fusion flavours that honours the traditional Chinese hot pot style. ?

Some of the highlights include a spread of fresh seafood including the popular Supreme Collagen Rich Broth which has been simmered for hours using fresh chicken feet! The broth is rich and flavourful, and best of all - MSG-free so you can enjoy it with the fresh ingredients without worries. You can also look forward to the famed Live Prawn Station with fresh ‘live’ tiger prawns that (upon request) can be caught and cooked in an herbal essence made of wolfberries, chinese herbs and red dates!
