If you're an early riser and someone who loves going on breakfast dates, chances are you're on always on the lookout for the next spot in town to visit. For those who are feeling stumped about where to go next, we've got you covered! Say hello to Luckin Kopi where hearty local dishes and coffee of all kinds await ?

Nestled in Jalan Panggong, Kuala Lumpur (located just a 3-minute walk from the Pasar Seni station), make your way to this modern kopitiam that's a favourite go-to spot among locals for coffee and roti bakar ? They open as early as 8am and tend to get crowded within the first half hour especially on the weekends. So if you prefer copping a table without waiting in line, make sure to come early!

Housed in a 150-year old heritage building, kick off your meal by getting one of their yummy toasts available in different spreads and fillings. From kaya butter and peanut butter to curry chicken, you can't go wrong with these classic flavours. Or if you'd like something a little different, try a Luckin toast which comes with half-boiled eggs and five pieces of Hainan bread and four types of sauces.

Prefer something heavier in the morning? Then go straight for the cafe's pastas, chicken chop, chicken rice or specials because they're sure to fill you up nicely. You can also customize your own meal by choosing a local cuisine (nasi lemak, mee siam or indo mee), then pair it with one of the many side dishes available. And if that's not enough, simply add on more sides! (at an additional RM4 for every subsequent side dish).

What makes the cafe extra special is that you get the chance to taste coffees from five different states in Malaysia! That's right - served on a wooden platter with biscuits on the side, taste the uniqueness of each coffee from KL, Ipoh, Melaka, Johor and Penang. They're all marked accordingly, so you won't have to guess blindly. Unless, of course, you want to challenge yourself or your friends and see who's the coffee expert in the group ?

Once you're done with your meal, step out into this Insta-worthy nook of the cafe and mark your time here! With delicious food, amazing coffees and a great ambience, set your alarm clocks for the early morning and get yourself to Luckin Kopi this weekend.
