In the middle of all the hubbub that surrounds Punggol Container Park is a quiet little nursery that's a little piece of nature in the middle of a concrete heartland. It's got all types of baby plants for anyone who loves nature to buy and bring home. And if you just want to hang around the area to breathe and enjoy the vibes, you totally can. The best part? They're now extending their hours to night owls and plant-lovers who would love to experience the magic of walking through the nursery at night!

This Is Why You Should Visit Littlebotany

Even during the day, Littlebotany's welcoming atmosphere would make anyone feel at home. Its immersive setting means that once you step in, you're transported into a world filled with plants and kind, like-minded people who love greenery just as much as you do.

Littlebotany's always been green, too - and not just because they sell plants! Their entire set up is made up of recycled, second-hand items. Their pots are more often than not pre-loved pots, donated by other plant-lovers who no longer want to use those pots. Even their shelves were once owned ?

We spoke to Littlebotany's owner, Fendi, a while ago and we found out that Littlebotany is so green, their customers reuse bags till they drop!

''I'm really proud of the culture we've built at Littlebotany. We pack everything in paper bags... I draw on the bags too, to make them more personal. So people keep coming back with the same bags. Some even come back with bags that are two-years-old, wrinkled and stuff. But it's still reusable! So we want to leave that mark behind of reuse and recycle."

Aside from their support for green movements, Littlebotany participates in good causes all the time. Just last week, they held a plant auction in support for the cat welfare society, in hopes of achieving sustainable and humane management of cats in Singapore!

And as a way to encourage more people to join this little community of tree-huggers, Littlebotany has now extended their hours on Friday for anyone who wishes to explore the little plot of land. With a new pond and pretty fairy lights, you're definitely going to love walking around the magical space.

"We're going to set up some solar-powered lights, so everything is brightened up. And everyone will have a magic wand, so they can see the plants up close. They could walk in after dinner and really see a different side of Littlebotany."

With fairy lights and pretty sights, Littlebotany might just satsify your wanderlust as well. Visit Littlebotany and if you're observant enough, you'll catch little pieces of the world incorporated into the decor: ''When I was in Australia, I saw this hang out area/nursery so it gave me a little push that I needed at Littlebotany...You'll see little pieces and inspirations of Balinese, Thai, and a lot of vintage things that come from many different parts of the world... If I hadn't traveled, I wouldn't have been able to make this beautiful space.''

So if you're in the area, you totally should drop by and visit Littlebotany! Not only would you support a force for good will, you'd get to take home with you beautiful pictures, memories and a pretty new plant to add to the comforts of your home.
