Beef Noodles & Spicy Wonton In Singapore

Nuodle needs no introduction, but here’s one for those new to the halal Chinese food scene in Singapore! Nuodle is a halal Chinese fast food chain with 14 outlets in Singapore, and they’re known for their trendy fast food concept and authentic Chinese cuisine.

Not sure what to try first? You can’t go wrong with Nuodle’s Signature Beef La Mian ($12.50). This dish is a masterpiece, created by Nuodle’s highly skilled chefs from Lanzhou. The hand-pulled noodles are freshly made in-store with just the right springy texture. You can select your choice of noodles too - thin, normal, thick flat, leek leaf-shaped or vermicelli!

The broth is rich but not overly heavy and pairs deliciously well with the tender beef slices and their homemade tongue-tingling chili oil for that perfect kick. Complete your meal with an appetising side dish (we personally like the braised egg) and a glass of iced milk tea!

P.S. Did you know all their dishes are handmade with no preservatives?

While you’re here, you may also want to try Nuodle’s Hot & Spicy Beef Wonton Set Meal which is perfect for sharing!Sink your teeth into the tender and juicy beef filling which pairs perfectly with the spicy broth.

P.S. Remember to dip them in Nuodle’s special sauce before taking a bite! Their sauce is made up of soy sauce, chilli, vinegar, Szechuan peppercorns, sesame oil, dried chili seeds and fresh spring onion. Everything you need for a memorable eating experience ?

How often can you find authentic halal Chinese dishes in Singapore? With a whole load of accessible outlets and a range of options at that! ?When you’re eating at Nuodle, not only are you eating a mouth-watering bowl of hearty soups, noodles and wonton, you’re enjoying a piece of underrated Islamic history that you might never have known existed prior to today.
