Kucina Italian Restaurant is probably the most well-known halal Italian restaurant in Singapore - and for a good reason! ? Run by Italian-Muslim convert Chef Gero, their recipes are inspired by his childhood experiences cooking with his Sicilian grandmother at home. So every bite you take is full of genuine Italian authenticity. They've just released a brand-new menu full of even more amazing dishes - read on to find out what's in store. ?

P.S. If this is already making you crave their signature pastas and pizzas, you can get 5% off your meal while dining in if you quote 'HHWT' before paying!

Start your meal off with the brand-new Kucina Antipasto ($28.90). An antipasto is traditionally the first course of a full Italian meal consisting of a variety of ingredients to get your tastebuds tingling and excited for the main course. ? Kucina's take on it is a mixed sharing platter perfect for 2-3 people, and includes cold capellini (angel hair pasta) with prawns and shaved truffle, mushroom bruschetta, cold cuts, and more!

Kucina's pastas and pizzas have always been their main draw, but now they're giving you even more choices by letting you mix and match your pasta and sauces! That's right, you can choose your potato gnocchi, squid ink chitarra, and more, and pair them with sauces like carbonara, arrabiatta, and pesto. ? If you don't feel like customising your own plate, choose from signatures like Baked Lasagna ($18.90) and Ravioli di Spinaci ($22.90).

The menu includes recommended combinations but you can play around with the options until you find something you like! For a seafood feast, we recommend the Vongole Squid Ink Chitarra ($22.90). The aglio olio-style Vongole pasta is tossed with fresh Japanese clams and dried Italian chilli for a burst of hot and spicy flavour that brings out the seaside sweetness of the clams. ? Pair it with the squid ink spaghetti and it'll be like you're dining by the Italian coast!

They've added on to their signature pizzas too, with new creations like the Polpettini ($22.50). Meat lovers will definitely enjoy this tomato and mozzarella pizza topped with beef meatballs and mini mozzarella balls too. ? We're already drooling thinking of how the savouriness of the beef complements the saltiness of the cheese. It even has green verde sauce to add a hint of herby brightness to each bite. If you're dining in a small group, order their other bestsellers like the La Barca Funghi E Tartufo ($27.90) and 4 Formaggi ($24.90) to have a mini pizza party!

Kucina's new menu is full of even more new authentic Italian dishes, and we can't wait to see what else they come up with! They've even brought in premium Angus striploin and USDA beef short rib so you can really go all out when you're dining in. ? If you're excited to try out what they have in store, remember to quote 'HHWT' before paying to get 5% off your meal! ?
