Coffee lovers in Singapore can rejoice because there's a chic new coffee spot right in the middle of the Central Business District! ? Popular Indonesian third-wave coffee chain Tanamera Coffee has finally set up their 20th outlet and 1st international outlet outside of Indonesia, and they're located at Change Alley Mall just next to Raffles Place MRT station.

[Here are 9 halal Indonesian restaurants in SG you can enjoy after your Tanamera coffee break!]

Tanamera's name comes from 'tanah merah' meaning red earth, referring to the rich earth and soil of the Indonesian countryside where their beans come from. The company is famous for their series of Indonesian coffee beans which they get directly from local farmers - bringing the flavours of Indonesia right into your cup! ?

Pay a visit to their bold store decked out in black and red, and enjoy a cup of their signature slow-dripped cold brew. Whether you take your coffee black, white, or even with a dash of caramel, you're in for a treat with the fragrant and aromatic flavours. ?

P.S. They also have delivery on Oddle, Deliveroo, foodpanda, and GrabFood!

Tanamera also has a variety of Indonesian dishes including Fried Beef Ribs with Cabe Ijau, Oxtail Soup made with 12-hour braised oxtail, and traditional Betawi-style Jakarta Beef Soup! The outlet has not received halal certification but we've confirmed with them that the dishes use halal ingredients. We recommend you dine at your own discretion.

If you're working in the CBD, it's time to make Tanamera Coffee your next lunch-time refuel stop. ? And if you aren't, don't worry because they're open on Saturday too! Add them to your Saturday shopping itinerary, and take a yummy trip to Indonesia with your taste buds.

Halal status: All coffee beans used are halal-certified by MUI in Indonesia. We reached out to Tanamera directly to ask about their food, and they confirmed that the menu is fully halal although the outlet has not received halal-certification yet. We recommend you dine at your own discretion.
