bangkok spa is still one of the spas that i prefer in JB. convenient as they’ve a driver to send and pick you up from city square or KSL. & they’re always so quick in responds to your queries before you book. although we booked for a private room for a massage with toilet, we wished that it was a WC bowl instead of needing to squat as after massage usually our feet’s would be oily.

Kitty and I were at KSL running errands when Kitty had her nails, eyelashes, and hair done. While I waited for her, I had a foot massage at KSL. Later, Kitty complained about a backache, and since she had never been to Bangkok Spa before, I decided to bring her. I've been coming to Bangkok Spa for a while now, and I always find it relaxing and enjoyable. The ambience is nice, and the massages are excellent. We decided to book appointments at Bangkok Spa and took a Grab from KSL. Kitty loved the ambience and the room setup. We both chose the oil massage for RM 180 each. One thing that could be improved is that there isn't any background aromatherapy music. Kitty had a great idea and played some relaxing music on her phone, which was a nice touch. It would be great if the spa added some soft aromatherapy music to the atmosphere. We learned from the owner that they offer a pick-up and drop-off service to and from the custom or anywhere near the massage centre. They'll pick you up after you book your appointment and take you to the spa, and after your massage, they can send you back to the custom or any location nearby. We requested the spa to send us to our dinner spot about 3 km away, and they were happy to arrange a car for us. This place provides excellent massages and has a nice ambience. The price is reasonable, and the service is exceptional. They go above and beyond by offering pick-up and drop-off services. We highly recommend this place. Important Note: This spa is always busy, so it's best to book an appointment in advance. Don't just walk in.

The best spa I’ve ever had. Been going there every once a month when I was working in Singapore. And now I’m here in Canada there’s still the best! And I cannot wait to visit there when I go back in Asia ?
