Good office location. Spacious open air lobby, perfect to get a sunlight and fresh air break from work. Walking distance to the MRT. There’s one huge air conditioned hawker center at the 2nd level. And a millennial coffee shop at the ground floor.

A nice office building. Drop off and carpark exit merge but it's a smooth traffic. Only issue is the road loop to enter building premise during peak hours.
