I’ve used this terminal twice to travel from Malacca to KL. While it’s not the most modern terminal, it is clean and functional. No complaints, considering the affordable price. We booked online, but the digital QR code was unavailable. We had to pay RM0.70 per ticket at the terminal to obtain a paper ticket with a QR code for entry to the waiting area and bus gate

This is bus terminal for you going out of Melaka. You may go to some places in Malaysia or even Singapore. The ticket could be bought through online or offline through ticket booth. The bus departure was quite on time. 1 hour, 20 mnts from Melaka to Kuala Lumpur (TBS) during work days. The ticket may be varied depend on the bus company. So many option to Kuala Lumpur. In the terminal building, you may find groceries store until McD.

All you have to know ? Tickets - You can buy tickets directly at the station on one of the ticket machines or use the ticket counter - You can present your online ticket to the ticket counter and receive your paper boarding pass - Note: there is a fee of 0.70$ Ringgit (the staff member was so friendly and waves these fees for me cause I ran out of change) Waiting Zone - Once you got your ticket proceed to the waiting zone and check the monitors or ask the counter about your departure Bus Station - Station appears clean, many shops, restaurants, toilets and benches - Station is located ~20min drive from Melaka City Center Have a save ride ???
