Prayer room moved to first floor. We visited on a Saturday and was open. Space for men and women. Used the disabled toilets on 3rd floor to perform wudhu.

Prayer room is behind a concealed door on the ground floor. Be sure to ask the information desk who will happily show you the way. Enough space for men and women to pray. Ensure to use the facilities provided and thank the employees for allowing us to use the space to complete our prayers alhumdulillah

Prayer Room has moved to ground floor near the East side exit. Screen available for partition. No ablution facilities (main toilets are nearby).

Clean room, no unpleasant smell, and the prayer equipment is also good, enough for 4 man, and 3 woman... it's just there is no place for wudu, you have to go to the toilet or do tayammum..

I was surprised the Prayer room was available at 9pm for summer Maghrib. All the guards and receptionists can guide you. Perfect. Thank you South Bank and Royal Festival Hall.
