Could have been 5 but 1 staff member thought he was God. Good atmosphere. Great music. Most staff were brilliant

I visited the Hay Street branch of Services Australia yesterday and today 26 & 27 November to renew my medicare enrollment. The centre is very well organized and operationally efficient. All staff treated me with courtesy and high levels of professionalism, and did their best to provide valuable assistance. I am particularly grateful to Ms. Shamishtha and Ms. Colleen, who were especially helpful in guiding me through the process. Overall, excellent services!

Candlelight concert of string quartet and drums playing Queen tribute was great. Good venue for it and hopefully the church didn't charge too much for this fantastic event.
