Northshore Plaza 1 is the first seafront New Generation Neighborhood Centre to be built in an HDB estate, offering residents a unique waterfront shopping experience. Plaza 1 just opened on 29 October 2021, while Plaza 2 will be opened Q1 2022. Plaza 1 is pretty well-decorated with very spacious walk paths and cosy areas for visitors to rest/grab a bite. It also also naturally-ventilated. No Air-con but you will not feel too warm at all. The community spine also connects directly to the residential blocks and the Samudera LRT station. Amongst the shops are a supermarket, food court, restaurants, eateries, shops, beauty salons, childcare centre, and even enrichment centres. There are a total of three levels. Parking is relatively easy. Affordable and easy to find lots (for now maybe). It is leveraging the latest digital parking system and uses per minute charging - 60cents per 30minutes. Here are some of the F&B brands that are currently present and a few upcoming - Blackball Desserts, Fun Toast, Grove, Koi, Qi Ji, Nom Nom Cafe, Hai Di Lao, Coffee Bean Tea Leaf and Little Caesar Pizzas. It offers a great variety of restaurants, catering to all kinds of tastes. whether you're craving Indian, Chinese, or even fast food, there's something for everyone. The supermarkets are well-stocked with fresh produce, groceries, and daily essentials, making shopping convenient. I also appreciate the presence of multiple medical shops, which makes it easy to pick up medicines or health-related products without having to go elsewhere. The overall atmosphere is clean, well-organized, and family-friendly, making it a perfect spot for a casual day out.

alfresco concept so therefore no air conditioning but to make up for it there are lots of restaurants but sadly lacking retail shops if management can add retail shops will be great already

My favorite decathon to buy sporting goods. Huge collection. Easy parking. Near my house. Some food stall and Macdonald. A supermarket.
