Jln Tengkera, 75200 Melaka, Malaysia
Really admire the olden part of the architecture and some designs of different parts of the mosque. A bit sad that the extensions and additions to the mosque were not well thought out in terms of showcasing the heritage at the most optimum and so as to synergise together. Really impressed with the design and beauty of the ablution pool. Did not realise that there is an ancient cemetery right next to the mosque. Only realised when we were driving away.
Very fine, old masjid in Melaka. The place for solat has been extended, but not to extent the original structure is changed. The original kiblat has been adjusted, showing the progress of knowledge as time goes
