EDIT: The new mosque has been officially opened on 7 July 2022. It's really spacious, comfortable, has air-conditioned prayer hall with great Islamic-based theme furnishing. ---------- This mosque will soon be replaced by the still under construction new mosque, which is expected to be completed in 2021. The new mosque will see huge improvements in terms of amenities and the size of its prayer hall. The old building will be used as a madrasah to cater the need of 2 or 3 Tahfiz centres which are now operated temporarily on their own. Once the new mosque is completed, the area will become a centre of Islamic institution for Kg Tehel and the surrounding areas.

New mosque with typical single storey Malaccan Mosque architecture which blends Indonesian, Chinese & Indian building characteristics into 1 building. Being single storey with ample space makes it practical for all worshippers including those physically challenged. Ample parking spaces available. Also very airy and well ventilated mosque design from any internal location of the mosque ? ?
