As seen in the picture, a mark on my front mirror from the notice pasted on it by Lotus Cheng management using a double-sided tape. It was my error in judgment when I parked my car early in the morning at the parking space to go somewhere first with the intention of buying groceries at Lotus when we got back. When I got back and wanted to go into the supermarket, I noticed a notice at the front and back of my car, taped with a strong double-sided tape, leaving marks as seen in the picture. I believe such thing should have been handled better. If Lotus wanted to leave a warning notice for parking my car there, the management could have resorted to other professional ways. I would have paid for parking or clamping fees. My first bad experience with parking, Lotus Bandaraya has been very chill about people parking their cars there to go to Aeon because they know, these customers would still shop at Lotus.

This branch is smaller than what it looks from outside. Not much variety in grocery stuff. Very limited organic stuff. But clean and nice atmosphere.

Worst service. Rude staff. The price displayed on the shelves are not the same as the price after scanned.
