I actually went here for praying (muslim). It’s located on 2nd floor. If you need anything, just ask the available staff. They can speak English. There are a lots of brochures for current event in Korea.

You can also learn some Korean cooking, art, trying hanbok and many more. They also give some kind of token appreciation for collecting the stamp at each floor. Good luck!

This building comprises 'Tourist Information Centre', 'Korean Culinary Culture Exhibition', 'Koran Food Experience Centre', and 'Korean Traditional Costume ("Hanbok") Experience' etc. It appears that most of them are being operated by outsourced firms under the contacts with 'Korea National Tourism Organisation', which formerly had its headquarters at this building several years ago. To be honest, exhibitions seemed to be far from exciting or intriguing, simply 'DULL'. Culinary exhibitions were just sticking to the academic aspect of usual ingredient of the Korean foods so that they just reminded me of one of the unattended natural history or archaeology at museums in many countries. That is why I couldn't find any foreign tourists in this building during my visit.
Shame on the officials of Korea National Tourism Organisation. Better look out how rapidly changing and developing Korean pop music and related industries are, and benchmark the Korean private sectors.

They dont have prayer room anymore and we cant find any information about it anywhere even in korean website ? and…. The staff there are kinda unpleasant when i ask about the pray room and told them in some article still mentioned that they still have it. And they seems didnt well informed about the prayer room location around here since the staff only told us to go to itaewon mosque. I remember that some location in myeongdong have it and some halal certified restaurants have prayer room. So i hope kto improve their service for better tourism experience.

Seoul is great but this is regarding the airport transfer via train. The whole system is stupid and one of the worst airport train, it is served for visitors and yet Korea cannot get it right. Poor frequency for express train, cannot pre book on the day before, lack of English support, trains are frequently sold out because of poor frequency.

On the day before, I went to the train station to secure a seat with a ticket for the next day. I was told that it’s not possible, only same day sales is possible. Then the next day, I reach at 9.15 hopefully to catch the 10.10 train but was told that it’s sold out. It’s a huge mess.

Seoul is interesting but the poor transport system to and fro the airport ought to be addressed urgently if the country wants returning tourists! The time taken for immigration, navigating train station, taking the regular train, takes over 4 hours. One could easily take a flight with that amount of time. Visit Korea in 2024, but never again!
