The airport is big and clean. Before check in, there's a specific area that people can weight their luggages and make and re-arrange the luggages if needed. The check in process until the self service immigration is very smooth. There are duty free branded outlets. The foodcourt on the 2nd floors is a little small for many customers with many foods stahls. There is a performance of the traditional music and the march of the king and queen of the palace with prince and princess in their traditional clothes. People can do their last tax refund ( near gate 28) from all the purchases in Korea.

Just got back from a trip through Incheon Airport in Seoul, and I have to say—I was really impressed. The entire place is so well-organized, spacious, and incredibly clean. You can really tell they put a lot of thought into efficiency and comfort. The facilities are super modern, and the bathrooms? Honestly some of the cleanest I’ve seen in any airport. There are plenty of amenities—tons of restaurants, shops, and everything you might need while waiting for your flight. Even though communication with some of the staff could be a bit tricky at times, it was still manageable and everyone was polite and tried their best to help.

The Incheon International Airport is a beautiful and modern airport. If you find yourself traveling in and out of South Korea, and you don’t have a problem with facial recognition, I highly recommend visiting the Incheon airport website and downloading their Smart Pass app for your cellphone. I frequent this airport quite a bit and find that waiting . Getting through security and customs can take more than an hour. There are two lines for entering security. One is clearly labeled facial recognition. I don’t think I’ve ever seen passengers waiting in that line. They zip right by everybody. I used the app this afternoon to access the airport and it worked beautifully. I’m a big fan of saving time entering the airport! My flight to Dallas today boards in terminal one. Terminal one is the international terminal and is about half the size of terminal two. Make sure to look check your boarding pass to determine which terminal you will be using to board your flight. While there is a bus that goes between terminal one and terminal two, it could take anywhere up to half an hour. Don’t make that mistake!
