Great hotel with an amazing vieux from our room. Location is nice, everything is near. Food is delicious and not pricey for the quality offered! Thanks to the staff, we arrived in the morning after our flight and we were still able to check in earlier Yvette was the one taking care of us and did a wonderful job! Overall really good so far!

Had lunch at Tiffany's, pleasant surprise as they have an affordable lunch set. Food and serving size was good. Was hosted by Agnes who is very sweet and friendly. Always making sure we were doing ok.

Great location, the room we originally booked (superior) did not look like the picture in the booking, we ended up changing rooms. The new room (deluxe) is a lot nicer and bigger. The buffet breakfast was great, lots of options for vegetarians, maybe a bit difficult if you’re vegan but there fruit, salad, toast, vege curry. The staff always make sure the plates are cleared off tables, special mention to Alice and Ivy for being friendly and polite.

Our stay at Furama Hotel was decent overall. The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk staff, especially Ms. Lee Mei were polite and efficient. The room was clean and had the basic amenities you'd expect—comfortable bed, working air conditioning, and a functional bathroom. The hotel is in a convenient location close to shops and public transport.
