My solo trip to Singapore was elevated by the Fairmont Singapore. Its prime location above City Hall MRT, with access to multiple train lines and Raffles City mall, was perfect. The Marina Bay View room was stunning, impeccably clean, and the bed incredibly comfortable. The spacious bathroom with a soaking tub was a treat. Staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful, and early check-in was greatly appreciated. Check-in and check-out were seamless. For its location, luxury, and service, the Fairmont Singapore is the best hotel I've experienced in the city.

wow! what a gorgeous hotel with fantastic views of the marina. i think hotels on this side with marina view is infinitely better than staying at marina bay sands itself. well appointed, large rooms, plush bedding, stunning yet practical bathrooms. royal service always ready to help with whatever you need. only downside is a bit skimpy on storage space, but i’ll live. would love to return for sure

gold lounge staff went above and beyond.. good service and hospitality. the food in the lounge was nice but swissotel one is nicer. my room was spacious and comfy. but its rather dim and the cabinet is too bulky (the water dispenser is inside that cabinet)

It is as prime as you can be for concerts and still be immersed in the city and culture. As expected, Fairmont was exceptional. It was a great experience, especially being an ACCOR member. Although the points will not be credited due to this reservation being under a company rate, I could avail myself of some in-house benefits like a room upgrade to a fantastic suite, even if it's just a solo traveler using it. The front desk immediately informed me of this benefit and was also told that my room was available before 3 pm (arrived roughly past 230pm). The welcome drink was a great add-on that I had hoped the hotel would honor since this trip was a short vacation. The regular cleaning/turnover and extra care of amenities in the room were lovely. I understand that the night before my departure, I mistakenly did not remove the Do Not Disturb button (that I usually have in the morning), so I believe the hotel was calling to check by 6 pm. Still, I didn't notice it until it was past 9 pm since I was at a concert. Housekeeping did leave a note, but I didn't have them do a turnover past 1130pm, so I just asked for some tissue and toilet paper, which Royal Service delivered immediately to my room. The buffet service was perfect and generous in dietary variety. The Prego "greeter" (outside the restaurant) was a wonderful addition to brighten one's day. Who wouldn't say "good morning" to such a lovely man? I highly recommend the Fairmont to all my friends for any events at the National Stadium. I got home via Metro within 15 minutes after the show. My room is a Junior Suite.

Amazing housekeeping , I like how they pay so much attention to details. Impressed with how even all my wires are all neatly rolled up.
