Catholic Chapel at the top of the hill. Builded in 1962 approx.a good preservation of this Jewel. Perfect spot for pictures of the Chapel and the garden. The lookout is amazing for panoramic pictures, able to capture the Macau City tower and lakes. One the highest spots on this side.

Beautiful view and church. Great walk all the way up the hill. Free entry, 10 min walk from bus stop.

Decent visit to this church as it was closed. Visited here on a Sat noon. Only able to capture some photos of the exterior and view the Macau tower from here. Beautiful front of the church atop the highest slope point. But not very convenient if you are getting here by bus or walking.

Another cultural landmark, the church sits on top of a hill and offers superb viewing over the surrounding areas. Kudos in keeping it well maintained

On 21nov2024. Sunny. Rain finally stop. Early morning start our day of sightseeings. Walk up the hill from Ama Temple. Slow & steady. Took us half an hour. The weather is cool 20°C. Beautiful lookout from Chapel of Our lady of Penha. Built on mountain. Can see the whole of Macau Penisula, especially Macau Tower. High rise hotel & casinos.Very impressive. We spent sometime in the Chapel. Atmosphere of silence. Prayer. A few worshippers in prayer. A lot of tourists /visitors too. Daily schedule started from 3.30am to 8pm. Holy Eucharist. Weekday. 8am. Sunday 9.15am. Both are conducted in English. Offering box is available in the Chapel. No Entrance fee. All are welcome.
