It really is the best airport in the world! It really is busy but it has so many facilities and a hub to everything! It opens 24 hrs too, so you can wait for an overnight transfer conveniently.

Jewel is actually a jewel amongst all the places I have visited so far....it's incredibly well designed n maintained. No wonder the airport is rated the best in the world for so many years.

I am impressed with the service staff at Changi International Airport Singapore: especially to name Ms Teo Swee Tian (Singaporean) and Mr Howard Tsing;(Taiwanese) both worked the extra miles to assist my family to clear the luggage’s and apply for tge NZeTA application, ensure that we submitted properly and with a few occasion to check on the approval. Alerted us once the application being processed. These both of them really made my day when we were in a panicked situation. Both staff stay calm and guided us thru the application. The attitude of these 2 staff(Ms Teo & Howard) is good examples and carry the good image of the Core of their Management. Well done, cheers ??
