Brilliant bus/coach station to catch National Express, Flixbus, Megabus, and many more. (Prebooking may be necessary). Toilets, lockers, cafes, seating, and large windows overlooking the various vehicles are coming and going. Only reason not giving 5 stars is because there is room for improvement: Support for individuals who are elderly, disabled, visually impaired etc to help navigate the area and ensure they are able to get on the correct transport.

Still the same 10 million years later yet better! By that I mean no physical upgrades but cleanerand better signage. The bathrooms are reasonably clean and it was a nice surprise to find them free to use. Loads of respectable small eating places same price as on street(wish it was same at airports!!!) The food court on the upper level is not to be missed. Numerous restaurants to choose from and families can eat together from different food outlets. Perfect.
