54 Minjungbal Dr, Tweed Heads South NSW 2486, Australia
A pretty chill place to shop with family. It’s not overly big, but there are enough stores to keep everyone entertained. We checked out a few clothing stores and picked up some groceries. It wasn’t the busiest time, so walking around was easy. The parking is okay but expect it to get busy at certain times. The food court didn’t blow me away, but it’s fine for a snack.
Dear Tweed City Shopping Centre Management, I wanted to take a moment to share some feedback on the centre. While it has great potential, I feel it’s currently quite outdated and falls behind compared to other shopping centres. Tweed has room for improvement, and the shopping centre could be a real gem if renovated and updated. The bathrooms, in particular, need attention, and the overall atmosphere feels like it’s stuck in the past. It would be wonderful to see a modern and refreshing revamp that reflects the times, as we’re now in 2025. Additionally, the new food court, while an improvement, doesn’t seem to stand out or offer much variety in terms of quality and taste. In my opinion, the investment could have been better used if the mall had received a more comprehensive upgrade. Another concern is the cell service in the centre. It’s frustrating and needs improvement so customers can have a better experience while shopping. Also, the variety of shops is depressingly low. It feels like a missed opportunity to provide a more exciting and diverse selection to attract more visitors. I really hope the centre isn’t just resting on its current status and that there’s a genuine effort to improve. A well-designed and renovated shopping centre with better service and a wider range of stores would certainly draw more customers, saving people the need to drive 30-40 minutes for a better shopping experience. You have a lot of untapped potential, and I believe with the right changes, Tweed City could become a sought-after destination. Thank you for considering this feedback. I hope renovations are on the horizon, and I look forward to seeing the centre thrive. ? I give you 4 stars because I want to encourage the renovations of Tweed City and don’t want to put you down ?
Tweed City Shopping Centre has everything I need in one convenient spot. Plenty of parking, a great mix of major retailers and local stores, plus a variety of food options to suit any craving. The centre is always clean and easy to navigate, and I’ve found the staff and security to be friendly and helpful. Whether it’s grocery shopping, catching a movie, or just browsing, it’s a relaxed and enjoyable place to spend time. Definitely my go-to on the Tweed!
