What an amazing new building! Attention to detail everywhere u look. Such a nice modern new place to come grab a feed and catch up over lunch. Many options to pick from. I went to Fish bowl and ordered the lil umami chicken bowl and I highly recommend it....just to too good!

Near to Darling Harbour and Market city.Nice cozy place for chilling and dinning.Lots of options of restaurant, bars and lots to find out (there's a bubble tea shop!) There's a library on Level 3, open 7 days a week, some workshops are held in there. Commonwealth Bank nearby, nice and convenient. For previous comment (deleted),didn't mean to poorly rate, just to give info to comers that it was closed because it is ridiculous for Goggle map stated "opened" when it was under construction:( I apologize for causing misunderstanding.

The Exchange by Kengo Kuma and Associates #architecture The Exchange is awesome with food choices, $10 pork rolls, pancakes on the rock, Japanese, Chinese dishes, coffee shops, you name it. It's all there .

What fantastic architecture... Located in Darling square this building looks so unique like it's been wrapped with bamboo or something. Looks just like a bee hive... Got a fantastic library and the ground level has great food options. The restaurants are all fantastic and each one of them has enough seating next to it
