I visited for the first time yesterday and had a fantastic experience! I'm a complete makeup newbie, and was helped by a very kind associate named Mai, who taught me how to easily apply eyeshadow and blush, and how to brush and fill out my eyebrows. The lesson was completely free, but of course I purchased the items I liked from the lesson. また行きたいです?

My mom and I made a visit to the Shiseido flagship store while touring Ginza as we are huge fans of the brand and have been using their products for decades. We stopped in on 4/11/2025 and had a wonderful experience! Goto our associate was fantastic and was very knowledgable about all the products we were interested in. She even helped pick out my mom and I's personal lipstick shades according to our skin tones and color seasons. Loved the custom lipstick engraving experience as well, it was a perfect souvenir to commemorate our first time in Tokyo. Can't wait to visit again and restock up on all our holy grails and new favorites!
