Previously this Royal garden plaza was the biggest and best shopping mall in Pattaya with no doubt but there are several strong competitors now as like Central festival, Terminal21. There are newly opened Tops supermarket as well as a lot of shops, restaurants in and outside. This shopping mall is same compartment with the Avani Pattaya resort.
