It’s a pedestrian street area with Queen Street and Albert Street being the main ways. There are 3 shopping centres in this area, Uptown (the most versatile shopping centre), QueensPlaza (Clothing and Luxuries), and Wintergarden. Moreover, it’s quite convenient that there’s even bus stops connected to Uptown on Level A. If you want to take a taxi, there is a taxi service on George Street, the left side of Queen Street Mall opposite the Treasury.

Such a vibrant and happening place! It’s full of different cultures, street performers, musicians, and something new going on every day. I loved the energy here. It’s a great spot not just for entertainment, but also for amazing food and shopping. Super accessible with lots of options all around. Definitely a must-visit spot if you’re in Brisbane!

After the last review I did for Queen Street Mall, drastic changes had happened. I frequently passed by Queen St. Mall at an early times but it seems that the place have been cleaned up early. Homeless people were no longer sleeping in the area and it does smell way better than the previous review I made. The place is well maintained too.

Many shops like Uniqlo, apparels, Converse shoes, shoes, and luxury shopping like Channel etc. Good time to spend your afternoon weekend shopping. Stop by Mixue Ice Cream and Tea for a delicious Ice Cream Sundae as well for a well-deserved treat.
