Beautiful & unique Batik designs which drew me to the brand. Lovely customer service which put me at ease immediately since this was my first visit to a Batik boutique. My mum, a seamstress herself, examined the maxi pencil skirt I purchased and commented that it was "Very class(y)! Very good workmanship! Quality of fabric is very good!". Alteration was done on-the-spot at a reasonable fee. Overall, a very authentic, honest & trustworthy brand!

Went here for the Batik workshop and absolutely loved it! The staff was very friendly and cheerful! Truly enjoyed the workshop. Their clothes are extremely beautiful. Will come back here again for their clothing?

Ozel Boutique appears in my search for a Batik Kurung outfit for an engagement event. Without knowing what to expect, I walk in & was greeted by a beautiful lady, Zakia ( I hope I get the name right). She recommended something that I was really looking for; Batik top with plain skirt in the colour that I wanted. She even recommended the shawl colour to match the outfit and explained in detail how the washing was to be done. It is such pleasant and helpful with swift service.
