I was served by a lovely staff, Kim. She was so understanding about my situation, and wanted to provide the best customer experience for me. Without her, I wouldn’t be leaving the store satisfied and happy. I was also assisted by another staff member at Lancôme, and she was super helpful in finding all the right products that suited my budget. She was very patient, and super friendly. This was then processed by the manager who was also very understanding as well. She given me samples and signed me up as a member, which definitely made me feel part of the Myer family. Overall, I was super pleased with this Myer store, and would definitely recommend their services to others. Additionally, their Lancôme products are high quality and smooth. Worth your money! Thank you so much again! Really made my night and lifted up my Christmas spirit this year!

Always great staff here. So many different clothing products and a very pleasant upstairs area for kids. At the bottom there’s a stylish food area with access to the nearby Westfield, and a cafe on the 6th floor. A big fan of the Kenji brand on the 5th floor from memory, offering swag shirts for 18-30 year old guys in particular. Great product selection and other cool features for the whole family; what’s not to like. Decorated very nicely for Christmas!

I have only been in this store once or twice. It is huge. Clean. And needing some direction to find your section. Reminds of how David Jones presented themselves as well. Escalator employee to great you. And staff ready to help.

Apologies for not remembering your name. But many thanks for your wonderful customer service and wrapping skills. Both of my nieces were ecstatic when they saw the wrapped boxes.
