Two days ago, I had the worst experience I have ever encountered at a shop. Never in my life have I met employees as rude and arrogant as the ones I encountered that day.

They treated my children as if they were a nuisance, completely disregarding the fact that they work in a store that sells children’s clothing. Do they expect kids to behave like adults? My children weren’t even misbehaving, yet the staff member stood next to us, frowning, pointing fingers at them, and creating an uncomfortable atmosphere.

Things escalated when our children told us that the staff member had pushed them. Shocked and trying to process what had just happened, we stepped out of the store and waited for our husbands. When they arrived and confronted the employee, instead of handling the situation professionally, he completely lost control and became aggressive, even attempting to start a physical fight.

To the management of this store: You are running a business that caters to families and children. How can you allow employees with such hostility towards children to work for you? It is deeply disappointing—especially considering that this happened during the holy month of Ramadan, a time that calls for patience and kindness.

Our husbands contacted the head of security, and only when the threat of police involvement was mentioned did the staff member begin to apologize.

This experience was truly unacceptable, and I sincerely hope the company takes immediate action to prevent such incidents in the future.

The worst experience. Staff is very arrogant and have insulting behaviour with customers. Very reluctant in exchanging the product. Have done lot of shopping from mothercare from different countries but this was the worst experience. Will not recommend to visit this shop.
