I had so much fun visiting the Lush Store at Vivo City. I met Jess and she was so helpful. I was supposed to get Turmeric Latte because that was the item I reserved but she recommended Breath of God to layer with my other Lush perfume and I instantly fell in love with the scent that I got the full sized bottle as well. So happy I got to try the pink peppermint foot lotion as well! Hope to visit again soon:)

Hi LUSH team, I just wanted to share my wonderful experience at your VivoCity outlet, where I was served by Jess. Jess was incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful throughout my visit. She greeted me with a big smile and made me feel comfortable right away. I was looking for a bar soap suitable for pregnancy, and she was very knowledgeable about the products. She even took the time to explain alternatives in case I found some of them too oily. I also asked about lotion for pregnancy, and she kindly gave me two samples to try. I just wanted to say a big thank you to the amazing team at Lush VivoCity. My daughter and I had such a lovely time shopping there—the staff were incredibly warm, knowledgeable, and attentive from the moment we walked in. They took the time to understand what we were looking for and gave thoughtful recommendations that made the whole experience feel personal and special. My daughter was especially happy, and we both left the store smiling. It was one of the most enjoyable shopping experiences we’ve had. Thank you for making our visit so memorable!
