Oh, Sam was absolutely amazing—truly outstanding, especially in how he handled our situation with our toddler. He did a magnificent job! I asked Sam to show us a few bags we were interested in, and he was more than happy to accommodate us. Not once did he try to push us into making a purchase. I had an outstanding experience with Amber this past week. I felt welcomed, comfortable and extremely happy with my purchase. Amber went over every detail with me step by step, ensuring a very personalised experience. She even turned me on to a few LV fragrances that I am IN LOVE with. I never felt rushed or like I didn't belong, despite my jeans and t-shirt. Some of the prior reviews are absolutely absurd and 100% not the encounter I had at LV. Perhaps those people should be reminded that kindness, consideration and compassion go a long way. What you put into the world is sometimes what you get back in return. I had the best experience shopping for my first Louis Vuitton this morning with my mum & sister. Sara was incredible - so patient, helpful and friendly. I had showed her an image of the print I liked and she brought out a few options for me to look at. She explained the different materials and different features etc so clearly. She truly made the experience that much more special, so she definitely deserves a 5 star review. The whole store vibe was classy yet relaxed - nothing ostentatious about it at all.
