I bought the most beautiful pearl necklace I have ever seen the day before my departure at their closing time. It was a bit tight for my neck and I asked if they could add some additional pearls. They made the job in less than 24 hours (during their closing time in the evening). Mrs Putri was so kind to inform me step by step what they were doing and took the necklace at my hotel in the early morning before my departure. She was absolutely the nicest seller I have ever met in Indonesia. Highly recommended.
