Even if it was quite a queue before we were let in, the Madrid flagship store has so much to offer with latest stocks and models, variety of items and good lighting and layout. Even before visiting the Madrid store, we have already loved Loewe bags. We actually had no plan of buying an item as we’ve just recently purchased one from another Loewe store. But Marta gave us the outstanding customer service experience! (Of course we loved my new Cubi bag!) Muchas gracias, Marta! And all the best to you! Beautiful store but bit of a wait even though it wasn't peak tourist season yet. Also took a while to be given water despite repeated prompts. Big thanks to Julia for finding the last bag available in the colour I wanted, and for following up on it later.
