I went to buy a juicer but upon arrival found they no longer sell it. The salesman was very kind and spent quite a bit of time helping me track down which stores sell it. He found it at Fortress online and I was able to have it delivered. Excellent customer service even though I am not not buying from Lane Crawford. Alex So was the salesman at Lane Crawford. Thanks! When I need to ship for something I will definitely got to Alex.
