Extremely Disappointed with Customer Service and Management

I am very disappointed with the service at Laksale Trade Center Kiribathgoda. When we contacted their customer service number, a girl named Irosha answered. When we politely asked for the manager’s number, she quickly gave it and immediately cut the call.

Since my elderly parents didn’t catch the number properly, they called back to ask again. Unfortunately, her response was very rude and unprofessional, especially toward senior citizens. It was upsetting and unacceptable.

Due to this, we personally visited the shop to speak with the general manager. Shockingly, although he was at his desk, he refused to meet us, regular customers who simply wanted to make a complaint. His attitude was extremely dismissive.

This kind of unprofessional and disrespectful behavior reflects very poorly on the company. Staff who treat customers this way damage the company’s reputation. I will not recommend this place to anyone based on our experience. Laksale should seriously reconsider the kind of people they hire to represent their brand.

I purchased a blender that had a leak from day one and returned it within three days. However for nearly two weeks the company made false promises without offering a proper solution. They didn’t even acknowledge the delay or take responsibility instead shifting blame within their team. The response from the entire team including their sales team head (Chandana) was extremely disappointing. Their customer service is unacceptable and I would not recommend purchasing electronics from them especially if after-sales service is required. Last month I purchased all my electronics for my home from Laksela and I never expected to be treated this way after all.

WORST place to but an electronic item. I bought a Panasonic Inverter AC from them 1 year ago and when the service is due, I have to literally call them continuously for days and days until they respond. They hardly respond to customer care, hardly respond to whatsapp massages and once I got hold of them, they give some random numbers asking us to contact them and get the service done. Absolutely DISAPPOINTING AFTER SERVICE. Not recommend this place if you are going ahead with something which requires continuous after service.

NEVER EVER BUY ELECTRONIC FROM HERE !!
We have bought a LG washing machine and after 6 months it went faulty. We have called this so called place and they are giving random numbers to call.

Now it’s almost 1 month and we ended up buying a new one.
