Extremely Disappointing Service – Will No Longer Shop Here

I’ve been a loyal customer of this store for years, purchasing several home appliances in the past, but after my recent experience, I will never return again.

We visited the store with the intention of buying a new appliance and had a few questions about its features and how to use it. The sales assistant, however, was dismissive and unprofessional. Instead of offering any helpful information, he asked us, "Don’t you have never used those before?" and told us to simply “check the manual.” This was not only frustrating but also felt completely disrespectful.

It’s disappointing to see such poor customer service from a store I once trusted. I understand that not every staff member may be an expert on every product, but at the very least, a polite and helpful attitude should be a given. The response we received was neither helpful nor courteous, especially when we were ready to make a purchase.

This experience has completely changed my view of this store. After years of being a customer, I now feel that my business isn’t valued here. I will be taking my future purchases elsewhere and can no longer recommend this store to anyone.

I hope the management addresses this issue, as it's clear that the service we received was far below the standards one would expect from a reputable retailer.

Good quality electric items available for reasonable rate around colombo. They are selling duty free electronic item with company warranty. I bought a lg washing machine with abans warranty Rs. 20000 less than the market price. Also very friendly staff here to help you. Carpark space available.
