Staff doesn’t speak English exceptionally well but they’re very nice and patient in explaining everything even when they have to use translating apps (I was served by Matsui who was very kind). One thing to note for international travellers, they have not yet accepted debit cards, they only accept credit cards and cash. So be prepared!

Great store. Reasonable prices. Most important they let me try on earrings to decide. In Osaka store they rejected to cooperate. Ask Omura sales manager - he was very helpfull.

KOMEHYO Shinjuku is a huge store with a massive selection of items and excellent service. We purchased two bags and the staff were incredibly helpful. They even went out of their way to find original boxes that matched the brand for us and helped us get a coupon for an additional discount on top of the tax free price. It was a professional and rewarding shopping experience and I highly recommended this store for anyone looking for high quality luxury goods in Shinjuku.
