One of the biggest electronics store in Surabaya. Hi Tech Mall provides all of the part of electronic things such as hardware (PC, notebook, computer accessories, etc) and software (operating systems, gaming softwares, etc). The price are good and convenient. The parking area is good. But, the salesperson here are annoying and make us uncomfortable. And the building is too old especially in the top floor.

This IT mall is gravely ill. In fact, it’s almost dead, especially due to the prolonged pandemic. From the parking lot to the top floor, everything was telling me to leave and take my business elsewhere. I do hope all the tenants are still doing well with the help of online marketplace. To those who want to buy IT stuff here, I strongly recommend to just get straight to the store if you already have references. If not, go wander and choose a store by yourself. Abaikan para calo.

Used to be the "it" place to find things related to IT. Sadly, most of the shops are closing down now.
