I had a very pleasant experience at this location. Being from the USA, I had always wanted to visit Gucci in Italy. I was dressed casually but was treated with the utmost respect. Giulia was my host, and she was with me every step of the way, but not in an overwhelming sense. She allowed me to have my time looking around the store and helped me at the exact moment that I needed it. I cannot wait to come back in July.

We were lucky to take a tour with Roberta. Her passion and knowledge of the area were obvious and enjoyable. Would recommend her 100%!

From the time we entered, the staff was attentive and kind. I was dressed casually too. The man who helped me was amazing. His name may have been Stefano. He provided me with various crossbody bags which I ended up buying one. He answered all of my questions and after I paid, he even walked me over to the VAT station to get my refund. Also, the upstairs is magnificent. I wish the Gucci staff service in America was as comparable as it was in Rome.
