This hotel deserves more than a 5star rating. Booked a 3d2n stay at Four Points over the long weekends to celebrate my partner’s birthday and the hotel even arranged for us some “simple decorations”. The mirror decorations that warmed our hearts. I also ordered a small chocolate cake for the birthday surprise. Customer service was superb. Excellent hospitality from all of the staff (including BOH staff) as they were so friendly and helpful. Special mention to April & Ledy from GRO team for arranging the decorations before we were handed our room. Location is great, has beach access from the hotel, and near a chill warung place with very affordable food. Hope to be back in Bintan again next time as I would definitely stay here again.

We went there for weekend gate away with my cousins. The hotel staff service is more than expectation. They are always willing to help any occasion & put the smile on their face no matter how busy they are ? And my very recent trip due to my ferry tickets timing was quite late , the hotel receptionist (Viona ?and Niko )allowed us to check in / check out earlier and later . I am so grateful for their service and so much appreciated. And also I am very thankful (Feral )who helps us with our baggage & explaining every details of the activities and places. The breakfast is quite variety to chose and very delicious (the waiter & waitress are very lovely) Overall, I am so satisfied with staying in Lagoi Bay and definitely I will come back soon again. Very Highly recommend & you will never regret ???

As a Titanium Elite Marriott Bonvoy member, I was absolutely thrilled to receive an upgrade to one of their stunning ocean-front villas – it truly made the stay extra special and appreciated! The beach was impeccably clean, offering beautiful views and a great spot for unwinding. What truly stood out, however, was the staff. Every interaction was met with genuine friendliness and helpfulness, which really enhanced the overall experience. The complimentary shuttle to the ferry terminal was also a huge convenience, making arrivals and departures seamless. If you're looking for a super relaxing escape with excellent service and a beautiful setting, Four Points by Sheraton Bintan is highly recommended!

We had a pleasant stay overall. The staff provided good service, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The Ocean View Suite was especially comfortable, with a convenient powder room and a spacious living area perfect for family gatherings. The view from the suite was excellent — definitely worth it if you book an ocean view room. There are, however, a few areas that could be improved. It would be helpful to have a hanging rack on the balcony for drying swimwear, additional hooks in the bathroom for clothes, and stronger water pressure in the shower. The breakfast spread was average and became very crowded on weekends. The resort only has two restaurants, which limits dining variety, and the kids’ club is quite small and underwhelming. Additionally, while some rooms offer direct beach access, it isn’t particularly useful if the beach quality isn’t appealing. It would also be better if the villas allowed at least four guests instead of the current maximum of three, making them more suitable for small families. We had requested connecting rooms for the suite and ocean view twin room well in advance via email (several times), as we were traveling with young children. We were assured that our request had been noted. However, upon check-in, we were told that connecting rooms were unavailable and were initially offered rooms on different levels. Thankfully, Mr. Yugas (Assistant Front Office Manager) stepped in and resolved the situation. Although we had to wait for a later check-in, he provided a temporary room for us to rest and managed to arrange the connecting rooms we needed. We truly appreciate his help and professionalism — it made a big difference to our experience.
